Woman Wants Divorce As Husband Loves Her Too Much; Feels Suffocated In The Loving Environment

Woman claimed that she could not “digest” her husband showering her with love. “My husband doesn’t fight with me, I’m fed up.”

Woman from UP wants divorce

After being married for over a year, a woman in Utter Pradesh India approached the court for a divorce. Normally the reason for divorce is an extramarital affair, abuse, relationship not working out, etc, but she had other plans. She wanted the divorce because her husband loves her too much and does not fight with her.

A report by Dainik Jagran said that the woman was fed up and could not “digest” her husband showing his love for her.

According to her, she felt suffocated in the environment where her husband never shouted at her and wasn’t even disappointed with her.

She said, “Sometimes he cooks for me and also helps me in performing household chores.”

She said that she didn’t want to live such a life where her husband agrees with her over everything. She continued: “Whenever I make a mistake, he always forgives me for that. I wanted to argue with him.”

“Neither he (husband) ever shouted at me nor he ever disappointed me over any issue. I am feeling suffocated in such an environment. Sometimes he cooks for me and also helps me in performing household chores,”

So, according to her, she wants to fight? She do not want her husband to agree with her? They’ve been married for 18 months and this is the reason why she is seeking a divorce? Again, what a weird world we live in.

The court Cleric at Sharia Court dismissed her plea, calling it a joke. But this didn’t stop her, and she raised her concern at the local panchayet, they were also unable to decide on the matter.

She also said that there is no other option and no other reason to seek divorce.

The husband requested the court to return the case and said that he always wanted to keep his wife happy.

The Sharia court asked the couple to resolve the matter by themselves.
